8. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Filling the tank with water

The water tank in this model can be filled either
manually or automatically by connecting the
device to the water mains.
Manual tank filling
- Set the internal switch (2) (Fig. 9) to the
"manual water filling" mode.
- Proceed to fill the tank (A) until the maximum
level is reached (total capacity: 12 litres) (Fig.
3).
- Fit the plug into the socket following the
instructions given in the previous section titled
"connection to the power supply".
- Power up by switching on the main switch (B)
(Fig. 4). Switch
advertising panel on the front of the device.
-As soon as the water reaches the minimum
level, the LEDs on the front control panel start
flashing all together.
Automatic tank filling
Connect the device up to the water mains by
following these instructions:
- check that the water adduction system both
guarantees the pressure required and allows the
flow to be cut off and that the water is
drinkable;
- set the internal switch (2) (Fig. 9) to the
"automatic water filling" mode;
- fit the relative seals into the two threaded ring
nuts on the water delivery pipe (supplied with
the device)(Fig. 5). The pressure of the water
supplied by the water mains should be kept
between 1 and 6 bar (0.1 and 0.6 MPa).
- Screw one of the threaded ring nuts onto the
outlet of the solenoid valve located on the rear
of the device and, to prevent the unions
cracking, ensure it is secure but not overly tight
(Fig. 6).
