9. CLEANING AND
SANITIZATION OPERATIONS
To ensure correct operation at all times, the
device must undergo the following cleaning
operations regularly and thoroughly. In the
event of prolonged inactivity (due to seasonable
use, for example) carry out these cleaning and
sanitisation
operations
chamber's automatic rinse function can be
performed as often as necessary. To rinse the
left-hand mixing chamber, keep button L3 on
the control panel pressed for 5 seconds (Fig.
13). A flow of water will now automatically
reach the mixing chamber and, after rinsing the
chamber, will be drained out into the tray. To
rinse the right-hand mixing chamber, keep
button L4 pressed for 5 seconds (Fig. 13).
However, the health regulations in force require
the device to be throughout cleaned at the
following intervals:
!! Caution !!
All cleaning operations must be carried out
with the device switched off and unplugged
from the mains. Never clean the device
when it is switched on. This device must
not be cleaned with jets of water.

ACCORDING TO FREQUENCY
Cleaning the mixing unit
EVERY EVENING
- Remove the mixing chamber (G) which is held
in its seat with a bayonet joint (Fig. 14).
- Carefully clean the mixing chamber with warm
water and washing-up liquid, then rinse it
thoroughly and refit it.
Do not use boiling water!
