POSSIBLE CAUSES
Machine is too hot after
steaming.
Severe overdose.
Coffee build-up in mechanism.
Coffee grinds stuck on tamp
face.
Coffee grinds caught on tamp.
Coffee grinds caught on tamp
from tamping too quickly.
Machine is on auto mode, that is
for ideal height only.
Tamping action is not completed. Push the tamp lever down until you hear the beep.
Cleaning cycle is required.
Descale cycle is required.

WHAT TO DO
Allow machine to cool down.
Use the Razor trimming tool* to correct current dose.
Select the correct filter size.
Remove shroud (tamp) cover and clean using the
cleaning brush provided.

coffee puck.
Push the lever down slower.
