Safety of people and property
WARNING!
•
Never install the machine on a carpeted floor. Otherwise, the lack of air
circulation underneath your machine will cause electrical parts to overheat.
This will damage the machine.
•
Unplug the machine when it is not in use.
•
Always call the authorised service centre for installation and repair
procedures. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damage
resulting from installation or repair by unauthorised technicians.
•
The water supply and drain hoses must be securely fastened and remain in
good condition. Otherwise, they could cause water leaks.
•
Never open the door or remove the filter while the machine still contains
water. Otherwise, you expose yourself to the risk of flooding and hot water
burns.
•
Do not force open the loading door if it is locked. The door opens
immediately at the end of the washing programme. If the door does not
open, refer to the recommended solution 'cannot open loading door' in the
Troubleshooting section. If you force the loading door, you could damage
the door and the locking mechanism.
•
Only washing products, softeners and supplements appropriate for
automatic washing machines may be used.
•
Follow the instructions on the textile label and the washing product
package.
