Malfunction
The saw blade jams when the
machine moves forward
Saw blade vibrates in the
workpiece
Saw blade stops - motor

Cause
The selected feed rate is too high
Blunt saw blade
Tension in the workpiece
Saw blade not adjusted correctly
Workpiece not secured
Saw blade not properly secured
Saw blade blunt or unsuitable for
the operation
The selected feed rate is too low
Wood too damp
Long cutting operation without
extraction
External extraction system is too
weak
Elimination
Reduce feed rate
Immediately stop the feed by
releasing the button and
disconnect the power supply.
Remove the machine from the
workpiece and replace the saw
blade
No splitter is used contrary to
regulations. Shut down the system
and use a splitter
Retighten saw blade
Secure workpiece with clamps
Retighten saw blade
Replace saw blade
Increase feed rate
Clean chip ejector
Connect the machine to an
external extractor, such as a small
dust extractor
Use a stronger external extraction
system
NOTE! Disconnect and clean the
suction hose between the chip
discharge, saw unit, and chip
channel before re-starting the
system.
