5. Turn the scoring lever 8 back to its normal
position.
6. Set the cutting depth according to the stock
thickness.
➢ The workpiece can now be cut at the full
cutting depth.

5.11 Guide rail extension

Use the supplied guide rail extension when ripping stock from 1300 mm [51.2 in] to a maximum of 3100 mm
[122 in].
Use the following procedure to install the guide
rail extension:
1. Set the two clamping parts 19 with the Allen key
B so that their openings point towards the end
of the guide rail.
2. Take the guide rail extension C with the two
adapters 20 and fully insert it into the grooves
provided in the guide rail.
3. Tighten both clamping parts 19 by turning them
clockwise with the Allen key B.
✓ The guide rail extension is attached.
Secure the machine with a proper support against tipping over both when attaching and
removing the guide rail extension!
