Hot milk preparation
Put milk in a pitcher. Place
steam wand 4 into the pitcher
and open steam tap 5. When
the right milk temperature is
reached, turn off steam tap 5.
First of all, clean the steam
wand with a damp cloth in order
to remove all milk deposits, then
let some steam onto the drip
tray to clear the steam wand in-
ner part of milk residuals – use
a damp cloth to protect you from
possible spurts.
NOTE
To obtain the best quality of milk froth, it is necessary to perform
a specific procedure during milk heating. This procedure can be
taught through training courses or specific videos but it is not
described in this manual, due to safety reasons.
Hot water preparation
This machine has 2 automatic
pre-dosed hot water buttons.
Place a container (that can bear
a temperature of at least 125°C)
under the hot water pipe 6 and
push one of the two buttons for
hot water (P8 or P10).
During machine installation, hot
water temperature can be set by
the installer.
WARNING
To handle the stem wand, use the
hook on the steam wand itself.
To avoid burning, do not open
the steam knob before placing
the steam wand into the milk jug.
