CORNER BRACKETS on the RIGHT BOTTOM (U). Use
sixteen BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S).

Fasten the SKIRTS (W and CC) to the BOTTOM (U).
Use two BLACK 9/16" LARGE HEAD SCREWS (1S)
through the METAL BRACKETS on the SKIRTS and
into the holes in the BOTTOM.
