9. TERMS OF WARRANTY

SportPlus guarantees that the product this arranty applies to as manufactured using
high-quality materials and has been inspected ith the utmost attention.
The operation and assembly of the product according to the user manual is a
precondition of this arranty. The arranty can be voided due to improper use and/or
improper transport of the product.
The arranty period is t o years beginning on the date of purchase. If the product you
have purchased is defective, please contact our service team ithin 2 months from the
date of purchase. Excluded from the arranty are:
• Damage due to external force.
• Interference, repairs or alterations by amateurs and by persons ho have not been
authorized by us.
• ailure to observe the user manual.
• If the afore-mentioned arranty terms are not met.
• If the defect as caused by improper use or maintenance, neglect or accidents.
• W ear and consumab les – such as b earings and pads – are also excluded from the
arranty.
This product is intended for private use only. There is no arranty for commercial use.
