Step 3
1A. Tap the INTERLOCK TRACK (U) into the groove in the RIGHT END (A) using your hammer as shown.

NOTE: The end of the INTERLOCK TRACK must be even with the edge of the RIGHT END. Follow the enlarged diagram closely.

1B. Fasten both CABINET ACTUATORS (BB) to the LONG ACTUATOR LINK (V) as shown in the middle right diagram.
å
Push one peg on each ACTUATOR through the holes at the ends of the LONG ACTUATOR LINK.
1C. Fasten one of the CABINET ACTUATORS to the SHORT ACTUATOR LINK (W) as shown. Next, fasten the LOCK
å
ACTUATOR (CC) to the other end of the SHORT ACTUATOR LINK as shown. Push one peg on the ACTUATOR through
the hole at the end of the SHORT ACTUATOR LINK.
NOTE: Be sure to follow the upper diagram closely to see the proper order in which the ACTUATORS and LINKS are assembled.

To ensure your interlock system functions smoothly, we recommend using any common household furniture polish to
å
lubricate the inside of the INTERLOCK TRACK. Follow the diagram.
2. Now, slide the ACTUATORS and LINKS into the INTERLOCK TRACK as shown. Slide them up and down the TRACK
å
several times to spread the polish thoroughly.
NOTE: Be sure to insert the end of the assembly with the CABINET ACTUATOR into the INTERLOCK TRACK fi rst. Follow
å
the lower diagram closely.
NOTE: The interlock system prevents more than one drawer from opening at a time. Do not use excessive force to open
å
the drawers.
