For inhalation or insufflation to the nose and/or throat area for patients with
stable spontaneous respiration. The gas pressure is not sufficient to overcome the
resistance of the respiratory tract.
• For flushing cavities with gas using additional suitable measures to constantly
monitor and control the output pressure on the appliance. The pressure in the
cavity can rise to up to approx. 550 kPa (5.5 bar).

This pressure regulator may only be operated as a fixed component of medical
appliances or must be permanently (i.e. not detachable without tools) connected to
medical equipment.
Not suitable for use as a flow control element.

Additional regulations for pressure regulators for test gas mixtures apply

to the series: D44530
Reduction of 20 MPa (200 bar) inlet pressure maximum to a nominal outlet pressure
p2 at nominal flow Q in accordance with the type plate on the pressure regulator.
Intended only for stationary use in hospitals and clinics.
This pressure regulator must only be operated as a fixed component of medical
appliances or permanently (i.e. not detachable without tools) connected to medical
equipment.
Not suitable for use as a flow control element.
Only for gas mixtures whose oxidizing effect is less than that of air.
Depending on the respective composition of the test gas mixture, pressure, gas
temperature and time spent by the test gas mixture in the pressure regulator and
in connected appliances, dangerous, toxic and/or combustible products may occur.
The compatibility of the respective test gas mixture with the pressure regulator
being used and the connected equipment must always be carefully checked by the
operator and user of the medical system before use. The material specifications of
all parts coming into contact with gas are not listed in the Technical Data section

N2 inhalation gas apply
to series: D51703 D51735
Reduction of 20 MPa (200 bar) inlet pressure maximum to a nominal outlet pressure
p2 at nominal flow Q in accordance with the type plate on the pressure regulator.
Only for NO/N2 inhalation gases with an NO content of 0,02% to 0,08% (200 to 800
ppm).
