14. Before Texturing Milk
STEAM
Turn DIAL to STEAM. Some water
STEAM LIGHT may come out of
flashes = heating up. the Steam Wand.
16. Start Texturing Milk
STEAM
Turn DIAL back to
STEAM position to
start texturing milk.
When desired
Move the pitcher in
microfoam achieved,
circular motion until
immerse Steam Wand desired amount of
half way.
froth is reached.

PAUSE
STEAM LIGHT is ON
= steam ready. Pause
steam by returning
DIAL.
Texturing makes
a smooth hissing
noise.
RETURN
60-65°C 60-65°C
Return DIAL to
vertical position.
Tip:
For best
milk texturing
results, ensure
steam has first
heated up
(STEAM LIGHT
fully ON).
You will hear
the Pump start.
Check milk is
moving in a
whirlpool action.
Remove Jug from
Steam Wand.
