2. Connect a cylinder equipped with a pressure regulator to the gas inlet
on the rear panel of the machine with a gas hose.
3. Insert the ground wire plug into the terminal marked "-" on the front
panel of the welding machine and tighten it clockwise.
4. Insert the polarity change plug into the terminal marked "+" on the
welding machine's front panel and tighten it clockwise.
5. Install the welding wire spool on the spool holder.
6. Make sure that the groove size on the drive reel matches the size of
the current tip of the welding torch and the size of the wire to be
used.
7. Release the wire feeder pressure arm to pull the wire through the
guide tube into the drive roll groove and into the joint guide.
8. Adjust the pressure arm, making sure that the wire does not move.
Too much pressure will lead to deformation of the wire.
CAUTION! Getting the wire out of the burner requires applying
power to the unit. Do not touch any grounded objects with the
burner, otherwise an electric arc may occur.
9. Turn on the machine and press the manual wire feed button to pull
the wire out of the torch tip.
