5. Please refer to the handlebar position in this picture. 6. Tighten the 4 hex screws.
7. The disc-brake cassette is fixed on the tube by 6 screws, and must be in the same direction as the
front tire when riding, or it may cause the brake pad to break.
8. Suspension brake disc
There is a threaded base on the brake disc. Screw the brake disc onto the hub. When the bicycle is in
motion, the brake disc will be increasingly tight. If it is not, check whether the head is installed backwards
or not.
P.S. The direction of the base is inward, do not install the base outward.
HOW TO INSTALL THE FRONT WHEEL
To protect the front fork in transportation, we put a metal lever in the card slot. Please NOTE that it is not
a part of the bike.
FRONT WHEEL EASY TO REMOVE:
Put the brake disc pad in the corresponding hole.
P.S. Do not install any bolt on the quick release
type axle, because it is fixed by the quick release
lever, and also by the width of the front axle.
FRONT WHEEL LOCKING
Remove the bolts and the hook pad. Place the
pad in the brake disc recess. Place the front
wheel axle into the fork leg. Place the hook pad
on the front fork tube. Install all screws, tighten
and adjust the front derailleur.

P.S. This bolt does not secure the bearing, do
not overtighten, or the wheel will not operate
normally.
WARNING: Secure tightening of the hubs requires
the application of considerable force. The grip of
the drops must be strong enough to the lugs / fork
of the frame so that it cannot be moved forward by
the tension of the chain even with the greatest effort
you can apply with the pedals.
If the axle slips in the ears due to the tension of
the chain, the tire may rest on one of the frame
elements and cause you to lose control and fall.
