DEBURRING DISC BRAKES

1. The screws to fix the frame; 2. The screws to fix the frame; 3. The

Loosen the screw to adjust the disc brake, put the parts of the

brake disc in the center of the brake disc. It is normal for the

brake disc to rock slightly. If there is a large oscillation, adjust

with a wrench. It is also normal to have some noise, the noise

will disappear after some time of use. Because everyone has

a different way to adjust the brake, so we can not promise that

all brakes can be adjusted in extreme condition. And we do

not suggest leaving the brake in an extremely tight condition,

because that would be very dangerous.

By loosening the screw to adjust the disc brake, the brake

disc will move outward. Tightening the screw to adjust the

disc brake will move the brake disc inward. The best position

of the brake disc is in the center. It is normal for the brake

disc to move slightly outward. If the rocking is very large, it

should be adjusted with a wrench.

If you feel that the brake is not working properly, adjust the

brake cable slightly. If the cable is too loose, tighten the gear

to fix the brake cable. Turning the knob to tighten the derail-

leur cables is to tighten the cables and turning clockwise is

to loosen the cables.
