INSTRUCTIONS FOR Lithonia Lighting TCC
Relocating Lampheads to Side for Top Mount
restricted aiming in a side mount application due to the lampheads hitting the wall. Rotation
downward is not limited; side rotation is very limited.
1. Remove the nut and washers connecting the lampheads to the main housing.
2. Pull the lampheads and wiring out through the main housing.
3. Using a hammer and a punch, carefully knockout the small double D size holes on the side of the main housing to
mount the lampheads. Punch holes from the outside in.
4. Route the wire and the lamphead through the knockout orienting lamphead in the double D hole to give you the
desired aiming.
5. Slide the washer and nut into position and secure the lamphead to the main housing. Torque the nut to 31 in-lbs
(3.5nm).
6. Connect the lamphead wires to the main board connectors. Refer to the wiring diagram above. Be careful to route
wires on side of housing to prevent shadowing of sign.
7. Cover the top knockouts with the plastic inserts included in the accessory bag.
