STACKING THE DRYER ON THE WASHER ( OPTIONAL )
IMPORTANT: The stackable dryer model VFD31 is required to stack on this washer.
The stackable dryer model comes with all required brackets and screws necessary for stacking.
During installation, some hardware will need to be moved to a different location on the unit.
When stacking the dryer on the washer, a minimum 6' dryer power cord will be required.
Kit WX9X4 is the 3-prong power cord and kit WX9X20 is the 4-prong power cord. Sold separately.

Mobile Home or Manufactured Home Installation –
Stacking of a gas dryer is not permitted in a mobile
home or manufactured home.
INSTALLATION PREPARATION
Remove the packaging.
Flatten the product carton to use as a pad when laying
the dryer down on its back or side. Continue using
the carton to protect the finished floor in front of the
installation location.

gasoline, away from dryer.
Place dryer at least 18" (46 cm) above the floor
for a garage installation.
Failure to do so can result in death, explosion, or fire.

SWAP THE STACKING BRACKETS
1
1. Remove the self-tapping
screw from the top of
the dryer and save it for
installation in Step 4 (to
lock the stacked dryer).
2. Remove the stacking brackets from the top of the
dryer. Replace the screws back into the dryers top.

3. Remove the screws from the top of the washer and
use them to install the stacking brackets on the
washers top.
