Searching for a Picture

A search operation is allowed if you logged on with
ID2 or ID3.
When you click on (SEARCH), the search mode
select display appears.
Click on the desired search mode.
1. ALARM SEARCH
To find a picture recorded in the alarm recording area
from the list.
The same information can be obtained as when you select
ALARM SEARCH on the recorder on page 49(GB).
Use the PAGE BACK/NEXT buttons to flips the
pages.
Click on a numeric button to display the Preview
image of the selected picture. When you click on the
Preview image, the display return to the HSR-X216/
X209P/X216P Web Operations Display, showing the
selected picture in the Image display area.
2. ALARM THUMBNAIL SEARCH
To find a picture recorded in the alarm recording area
by thumbnail images.
The same information can be obtained as when you select
ALARM THUMBNAIL SEARCH on the recorder on page
49(GB).
Use the PAGE BACK/NEXT buttons to flip the pages.
When you click on a thumbnail image, the display
returns to the HSR-X216/X209P/X216P Web
Operations display, showing the selected picture in the
Image display area.

Note
If you repeat PAGE BACK/NEXT operations before
all nine thumbnails are displayed, alarm numbers may
be displayed at random. These numbers may not be
sequential, but are not misindications.
Change the page only after all nine thumbnails are
completely displayed.
3. TIME/DATE SEARCH
To find a recorded picture by recording date/time.
The same information can be obtained as when you select
TIME/DATE SEARCH on the recorder on page 50(GB).
Specify the recording date and time of the picture to be
found using the SEARCH dropdown lists and click on
PREVIEW. A search operation for the event recorded
at specified the date and time is performed, and the
Preview image is displayed.
When you click on the Preview image, the display
returns to the HSR-X216/X209P/X216P Web
Operations display, showing the selected picture in the
Image display area.
Note
If there is no event recorded at the specified date/time,
the image recorded from the closest date/time is
displayed.
4. ARCHIVE AREA SEARCH
To find a picture stored in the archive area.
The same information can be obtained as when you select
ARCHIVE AREA SEARCH on the recorder on page 50(GB).
Use the PAGE BACK/NEXT buttons to flip the pages.
Click on a numeric button in the list to display the
Preview image of the selected picture. When you click
on the Preview image, the display return to the HSR-
X216/X209P/X216P Web Operations display, playing
the selected picture group in the Image display area.
5. ACTIVITY DETECTION SEARCH
To find a picture recorded in the alarm or normal
recording area in response to the built-in activity
detection sensor.
The same information can be obtained as when you select
ACTIVITY DETECTION SEARCH on the recorder on page
50(GB).
You may perform the settings for the activity detection
sensor on the same display.
Set the START and END dates/times using the
corresponding dropdown lists and click on SET.
