If the safety thermostat is tripped, the applian-
ce has to be restored to the initial working con-
ditions as follows.
Allow the oil to cool to 30-40°C.

Open the hatch (A).

Press the button (B) of the safety thermostat

tripped to restore the electricity supply.
Close the hatch (A).

If the appliance is to be out of use for a lengthy
period, proceed as follows.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains

power supply using the automatic switch-
disconnector.
Clean the appliance and the surrounding ar-

eas thoroughly.

Every 100 working hours have skilled, autho-
rised personnel carry out the following opera-
tions:
– Check that the safety thermostat is working
correctly.
– check that the electrical system is in good
working order.
