INSTALL MOTOR
1. Stand version, posi�on LEGS #4 & #5, Diagram I, on motor assembly and secure with 4 BOLTS #3, Diagram I.
2. Hi Cart version, posi�on motor assembly onto frame and secure with 4 BOLTS #3, Diagram I.
3. Install REDUCER GEAR #12, Diagram B, into MOTOR gearbox and rotate the fan to ensure the MOTOR
armature sha� is engaged.
4. Install CRANKSHAFT #6, Diagram B, and THRUST WASHER #7, Diagram B. Make sure the THRUST WASHER is
on the CRANKSHAFT. Refer to Diagram B.
5. Fill MOTOR gearbox #5, Diagram B, with a #2 Lithium based grease.
6. While aligning the CONNECTING ROD #11, Diagram B, to CRANKSHAFT, set the CRANK HOUSING #8 back
onto the gearbox and turn the the FAN #15, Diagram B, to to assist with alignment.
7. Install 4 SCREWS #9, Diagram B, through the CRANK HOUSING #8 Diagram B and into the MOTOR gearbox
#5, Diagram B, and alternately �ghten SCREWS.
8. Install FRONT COVER #10, Diagram B onto the CRANK HOUSING #8, Diagram B, and secure with 4 SCREWS
#1, Diagram B.
9. Route Motor Leads, Motor Thermal Protector Leads and Thermistor Leads through the GROMMET #3,
Diagram C, in Controller Assembly plate.
10. Align CONTROL BOARD & PLATE #1, Diagram C, so it engages the slot on the fan baffle contained on
MOTOR #5, Diagram B.
11. Pivot front side of the CONTROL BOARD & PLATE #1, Diagram C, un�l it is in posi�on. At this point, install
and �ghten 2 SCREWS #11, Diagram C, through the CONTROL BOARD plate and into the gearbox cas�ng
on MOTOR #5, Diagram B.
12. Connect MOTOR leads from Circuit Board. See Diagram D/E.
13. Connect Motor Thermal Protector to the CONTROL BOARD to the CIRCUIT BREAKER. See Diagram D/E.
14. Plug in the Thermistor assembly into the CONTROL BOARD connector. See Diagram D/E.
15. While using a pair of needle nose pliers to hold the TRANSDUCER body from turning, �ghten the
TRANSDUCER nut #15, Diagram C, into the PUMP HOUSING #9. Diagram A, with a ¾" open end wrench.
16. Plug TRANSDUCER (gray) lead back into the Circuit Board connector JP4.
17. Install MOTOR COVER #3, Diagram B, back onto the assembly. Install 2 SCREWS #12, Diagram C, through
the CONTROL BOARD PLATE, (Poten�ometer side of plate).
18. Install 3 SCREWS #1, Diagram B into the MOTOR gearbox cas�ng #5, Diagram B to complete reassembly.
