table: First insert the two tongues,
then secure chipcase in place with
the T-handle lock (44).

Setting up for crosscut

Risk of crushing!
When turning the saw table
over there is a risk of crushing!
Do not reach between saw table
and side panels!
Hold the saw table firmly when
turning over, so it will not drop all
of a sudden!
Make sure the sawhead is firmly
locked and secured against unin-
tended tilting!

Pull lever (45) forward and turn the
saw table gently over.
4.
Connect the chip case's dust extrac-
tion port to a suitable dust collector.

Pull out the locking pin (46) for the
height adjustment and turn clock-
wise by a quarter turn.
6.
Loosen the locking nut (47) of the
riving knife (48).

Swing riving knife up and tighten the
locking nut.
8.
Install auxiliary fences (49), leaving
approx. 5 mm distance to the cutting
area. Tighten retaining brackets
(50).
