FUNCTIONING
-
Make sure that the machine is powered, the warning light (6)
must be on (Fig.9).
If not, remove the right door (4) and rotate the general switch
(14) to "ON" (Fig.9).
For the "free" versions (with START button) ....
-
Press the start button.
The brush starts automatically for the set cycle's time.
For the "token/coin" versions (fig.11)
-
Raise the cover (7) coin/token device (8).
-
Insert into the coin/token device (8) a number of tokens or
coins for a the value of a cycle; the brush starts automatically
for the set cycle's time.
- The machine doesn't give change -
-
Example: if a cycle's cost is 1 € and 2 € are inserted the
machine will work for two cycles.
If 1 € and 20 cent. are inserted, these last ones will be stored
in memory for the next payment.
12.a - MAT WASHING
-
Firmly hold the mat to be cleaned and insert it in the frontal
slot, the part to be cleaned must be facing downwards.
-
Move back and forth the mat until obtaining the desired
result.
-
If desired, extract the mat BY PULLING IT TOWARDS
YOURSELF and rotate it upside down (180°) to clean the other
side.
-
Avoid releasing the mat during its cleaning.
If that happens, the mat will be released from the rear part
of the machine.
This operation may soil the mat.
-
At the end of the preset time, the brush stops.
-
If it is desired to stop the operating cycle before it ends, press
the "STOP" key (9); the possible residual credit is reset.
13.
COIN/TOKEN DEVICE PROGRAMMING
-
In delivery condition, the coin/token device accepts ONLY €
0,20, € 0,50, € 1,00, € 2,00 coins.
-
It is possible to modify the settings in order to let the coin/token
device accept coins or different tokens.
-
Work as follows.
13.a - INSTALLATION OF THE SOFTWARE
"CLONE 5 PROFESSIONAL"

For connection it is necessary to use the special tools indicated
in figure "14".

The software can be downloaded from the DISIS (Service
Library) or requested from the Technical Service
"Figure 13"

Open the right door (4) of the machine.
-
Turn the main switch (14) to "OFF".
-
Pull the coin/token device module (52) towards yourselves to
unhook it from its base.
-
Remove the coin acceptor for programming.
-
Place the coin acceptor into the programming holder.
-
Connect the coin acceptor with the channel tester via the ribbon
cable.

Connect up the voltage supply.

Connect the coin acceptor programming cable with the
computer/laptop.
Start the "Clone 5 Professional" software.
-
The software connects with the coin acceptor
automatically and reads the data currently
saved.

Press calibration button (1).
Use a channel that is not already filled with a
country currency.
Example:
Channel 16 should be assigned the same value
(1.0) as €1 (channel 2).
