23, details 3-4) Using double-sided tape and silicone,
(
attach the covering profile so that it rests against the magnetic
gasket (hammam side detail 5).
(detail 6) Apply terminals between the divider and the covering
profile, using a wood lath.
Installing the upper external covers
(Sauna + Shower / Hammam + Shower
Sauna+Hammam)
24, detail 1-2) Remove the protective film from the covers
(
and position them as indicated, checking their alignment (firstly,
you must insert the external covers under the small glass panel
couplers).
NOTE: the correct position is obtained by inserting the frame (see also
the "Accessories" chapter) between the cover and the aluminium pro-
file.
24, detail 3-4A/B/C) Once the correct position has been
(
found, place a line of silicone under each cover and assemble
them as indicated, according to the model.
24, detail 6-7) Also place the silicone in the areas between:
(
- the small glass panels and the external covers (I)
- the large glass panels and the front cover (U/V/W) .
NOTE:
- (detail 5) to ensure greater stability, it is recommended to use pa-
per tape.
- remove any excess silicone from inside the covers otherwise the as-
sembly of the frame may be difficult.
Installing the heater (models with Sauna)
25, details 1-2) Thread the sauna (S) and bio sauna (B)
(
power supply cables through the wall holes, positioning them in
the conduit behind the walls.
25, detail 3) Draw the cables to the electrical box, thread-
(
ing them in the relevant cable clamps.
Connect the cables to the provided terminals, as indicated.
25, detail 4) Attach the heater (contained within its packag-
(
ing) to the base wall, following the instructions already provided.
26, details 1-2) Where installation of the automatic filling
(
tank is planned, assemble the float and fix the tank on the heater
side, as indicated.
26, details 3-4) Connect the supply pipe (3/4", coming
(
from the wall connection) to the tank, using a tap (not supplied);
then connect the tank to the heater, using the fitting (T) and the
tap (R) (supplied).
26, detail 5) Attach the heater to the bracket, as indicated.
(
26, detail 6) Use running water to wash the stones, then
(
dry them and place them on the heater, ensuring to leave space
between one stone and another.
Do not place the stones in layers! Always try and leave
space between stones, so that hot air coming from be-
low can circulate freely.
Installing the lower covers
(including shower wall frame covers)
SAUNA + SHOWER + HAMMAM MODELS
27, details 1-2) Remove the protective film from the cov-
(
ers and position them as indicated, checking their alignment
(firstly, you must insert the "I" covers under the small glass panel
couplers).
NOTE: the correct position is obtained by inserting the frame (see
also the "Accessories" chapter) between the cover and the alumin-
ium profile.
27, detail 3) Once the correct position has been found,
(
place a line of silicone under each cover and assemble them as
indicated, according to the model.
27, detail 4-5) Also place the silicone in the areas between:
(
- the small glass panels and the external covers (I)
- the large glass panels and the front cover (D).
NOTE:
- (detail 2) to ensure increased stability, we recommend attaching
the supports below the hinge above the external covers "I" (in the
case of the HAMMAM, we recommend placing silicone in the
holes of the cover to which the hinge is attached).
- remove any excess silicone below covers otherwise the assembly of
the wood cornice may prove difficult.
SAUNA/HAMMAM MODELS
SAUNA + SHOWER - HAMMAM + SHOWER
28) Refer to this figure to identify the covers, according
(
to the model; the assembly methods are the same as for the
Sauna+shower+Hammam model.
IN THE INSTANCE WHERE A SHOWER IS PRESENT:
29, details 1-2-3) Take the shower frame and remove
(
the 3 walls (disconnect the shower cascade on the upper wall
from the pipe coming from the mixer system).
Position the frame on the base and attach it to the adjacent
vertical wall dowels (T)
30) Caulk the base cover of the shower tray with the
(
silicone sealant and apply it as indicated.
31, details 1-2-3) Insert the"Z" profiles under the glass
(
couplers (the "G" coupler on the profile must be positioned
facing outwards) and rotate them so that a silicone line can be
placed along the entire area which:
- flanks the profiles of the adjacent walls,
- flanks the shower frame.
