2. BEFORE USE
- This air fryer has a packaging designed to protect it during transport. Unpack the appliance
and keep the original packaging box and other packaging materials in a safe place. It will
help you prevent any damage if the product needs to be transported in the future. In case
the original packaging is disposed of, make sure all packaging materials are recycled
accordingly.
Make sure all parts and components are included and in good conditions. If there is any

piece missing or not in good condition, immediately contact the Technical Support Service
of Cecotec.
- Clean the basket and rack thoroughly with hot water, washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive
sponge.
Clean both the interior and the exterior of the device with a damp cloth.

- Make sure all parts of the air fryer are completely dry and place the rack in the basket
properly.
Place the air fryer on a stable, flat surface.

Warnings
- Do not wet the heating element inside the fryer.
- Do not fill the air fryer with oil or any other liquid.
Do not place the device on any surface that it is not heat-resistant.

Note
You may notice a slight burning smell or smoke when using the fryer for the first time, caused
by the excess of lubricants from the manufacturing process. This will not affect the fryer safety.

3. OPERATION
Operation light indicator
Once the appliance is operating, the light indicator will light up until the cooking process is
completed.
Heating indicator light
Once the temperature and time are set, the fryer will start heating intermittently. The light
indicator will remain on until the desired temperature is reached, and will turn off until the
temperature decreases. At that moment, the fryer will start heating again and the light
indicator will light up again.
Temperature knob
The temperature range is from 80 ºC to 200 ºC. Turn the temperature knob to increase or
reduce the cooking temperature.
Time knob
The timer ranges from 1 to 30 minutes. Turn the time knob to increase or decrease the cooking
time.
Auto-cut off
The basket can be removed from the air fryer during the frying process. The appliance will
turn automatically off. As soon as the basket is inserted again, the fryer resumes de cooking
process.
- Place the air fryer on a stable, flat surface.
- Connect it to a mains socket.
Use the handle (7) to remove the basket (6), do it carefully. Make sure the rack (10) is

correctly placed in the basket (6).
- Put the ingredients inside the basket (6).
- Place the basket back (6). The fryer has a safety system that will not allow you to use it if
the basket is not in place (6).
Set the time (1-30 minutes) and the temperature (80ºC-200ºC) as desired. The fryer will
-
start operating.
- If at any time, you wish to pause the cooking process, turn the temperature knob to turn
it off.
When you hear an alarm, it means that the preparation time has come to an end. Use the
-
handle (7) to remove the basket (6). Depending on the type of ingredients, steam may be
released, so be careful when removing the basket (6).
Check if the ingredients are cooked as desired. If not, place the basket (6) back inside the
-
device and set the timer for a few more minutes.
