Note the following
e Recording is made on both sides of the tape.
¢ When inserting a tape, insert it so the front side (i.e., the first side to be
recorded on) faces the tape compartment cover.
° DOLBY NR, BBE and DSL do not function during recording.
¢ Use a normal tape for recording.
To stop recording
Recording stops automatically after the reverse side finishes recording.
To stop before then, press the m button.
To record on just one side of the tape
Press the i button before beginning recording so that "REV" is
displayed. Only the reverse side of the tape will be recorded on.
When recording from AM
{f a high-pitched sound is heard, set the DOLBY NR/beat cancel switch to
the C position or B (or OFF) position so that the sound is minimized.
To confirm the tape side
The tape side to be recorded on can be easily confirmed by the display,
or the voice if you operate using the remote control.
