5.2 Sostituzione completa olio centralina
Il cambio dell'olio deve essere eseguito ogni 1000 ore
di lavoro nel modo seguente:
- fare rientrare completamente i cilindri di comando piastre
provagiochi;
- disporre la centralina verticalmente con il tappo rivolto verso
il basso quindi toglierlo dopo avere posizionato un conteni-
tore di raccolta per il lubrificante; lasciarlo defluire completa-
mente prima di riposizionare il dispositivo;
- riempire il serbatoio della centralina utilizzando olio tipo
NUTO H32-30,7 cst 40° (ESSO) circa 1.5 litri o equivalente
quindi inserire il tappo .
5.2 Replacing the oil in the control unit
The oil must be replaced every 1000 operating hours
as follows:
- fully lower the crosspiece;
- arrange the control unit vertically with cap turned downwards.
Remove the cap after placing a container underneath to
collect the oil; allow this to flow out completely before replacing
the cap;
- fill the sump of the control unit with about 1.5 litres of oil type
NUTO H32-30,7 cst 40° (ESSO) or equivalent and then
replace cap.
ACHTUNG: STETS ÖL MIT DIESEN CHEMISCHEN
MERKMALEN VERWENDEN. ES IST ABSOLUT
VERBOTEN, AUCH NUR ZUM NACHFÜLLEN,
VONEINANDER ABWEICHENDE ÖLTYPEN ZU
VERWENDEN.
5.2 Kompletter Ölwechsel im Hydraulikaggregat
Der Ölwechsel ist jeweils alle 1000 Arbeitsstunden
wie folgt vorzunehmen:
- Den Heber komplett einfahren.
- Das Aggregat vertikal stellen, mit dem Stopfen nach unten
gerichtet. Einen Behälter zum Auffangen des Öls darunter
stellen und den Stopfen entfernen. Erst wenn das Öl komplett
herausgeflossen ist, die Vorrichtung wieder positionieren.

5.2 Vidange de l'huile de l'unité de contrôle
Cette opération doit être réalisée toutes les 1000
heures de fonctionnement en procédant comme suit:
- faire descendre entièrement les cylindres actionnant les
plaques de l'appareil d'essai du jeu;
- mettre l'unité de contrôle en position verticale avec le bouchon
dirigé vers le bas et enlever ce dernier après avoir placé un
contenant pour la récupération du lubrifiant au-dessous;

LAS MISMAS CARACTERISTICAS QUIMICAS; ESTA
TERMINANTEMENTE PROHIBIDO UTILIZAR,
AUNQUE SEA SOLO PARA RELLENAR, ACEITES
DE TIPO DIFERENTES.
5.2 Sustitución completa aceite central
El cambio del aceite se debe efectuar cada 1000
horas de trabajo en el modo siguiente:
- hacer retroceder completamente los cilindros de mando
planchas del aparato para el control del juego,
- disponer la central verticalmente con el tapón dirigido hacia
abajo, luego quitarlo después de haber posicionado un
contenedor para recoger el lubricante; se debe dejar defluir

5.3 Ingrassaggio parti di scorrimento
Ogni 100 ore di lavoro ripulire da sabbia o sporco le
parti di scorrimento dei piatti ed ringrassare.

5.3 Greasing the sliding parts

pour liberer les elements coulissants des plateaux
du sable et des impuretés et lubrifier.
