Re-insert hexagon bolt (Q) and secure with the clamp lever (O).

Loosen the tilting lever (J) and set the index plate (I) according to the torch type.

Push the test sleeve (L) onto the gas nozzle holder (C) until it stops.

Push the gaging sleeve (H) onto the tip adaptor (K).

If the test sleeve (L) and gaging sleeve (H) cannot be pushed on, the torch neck (B) must be readjusted
using the alignment lever.

Push the gaging sleeve (H) and test sleeve (L) back.

Open the clamp lever (O) and remove the hexagon bolt (Q).

Loosen the knurled screws (P) and remove the torch neck (B).

Mount the liner (A) and contact tip (D).

Mount the gas nozzle (E) with hoses.

To adjust the torch, it must first be mounted in the alignment jig:
 7.1 Mounting the torch neck in the WH Tandem alignment jig on page EN-10, Step 1 to Step 6
Place the alignment lever (A) on the gas nozzle holder (C).

Use the alignment lever (A) to correct the bending angle horizontally and vertically.

If it is twisted, use an AF 27 wrench and adjust the bending angle.

To check, repeatedly push the test sleeve (B) onto the gas nozzle holder (C) and the gaging sleeve (D) onto
the tip adaptor. Repeat the procedure until the test sleeve (B) and gaging sleeve (D) can be pushed freely
onto the gas nozzle holder (C) and tip adaptor.
