PUTTING ON THE HELMET
To put on the helmet, detach
the chin strap, grasp the chin strap
fasteners on either side of the helmet
and move them outwards to make it
easier for your head to pass through. It is
recommended, in the same movement,
to hold the two chin strap fasteners
outwards with your thumbs so that they
remain well positioned to make it easier
to attach the helmet once it is put on.
Properly position
protectors and
strap, referring to the tightening
recommendations. Check that the fit of
the helmet and the tightening tension of
the chin strap are correct.

REMOVING THE HELMET
Unfasten the chin strap, move
each of the chin strap fasteners outward
to facilitate removal of the helmet. Carry
out the procedure for putting on the
helmet in reverse.
CAUTION!
correctly lock the chin strap, or
you are unable to put the helmet on
your head correctly, DO NOT USE IT!
