Solution
• Close lid slowly.
• Open lid and reinstall inner lid
cover ensuring the lid cover
is located in the positioning
slot, is flat against the lid and
snapped in place.
• Push firmly on the center of
the open button.
• Install inner lid cover.
• Replace inner lid cover.
• Open, then close lid.
• Inspect power cord for
damage. If damage is noticed,
do not use the unit.
• Check home circuit breaker.
• Contact Customer Care.
• Wipe exterior surfaces of
Cooking Pot. Ensure heating
element is dry before inserting
Cooking Pot into cooker base.
• Contact Customer Care.
