OPERATION
BEFORE ENGINE START
THE MOTOR CULTIVATOR IS SUITABLE FOR CULTIVATING SANDY AND CLAY SOILS ON LAND
WITH CROPS UNDER VEGETATIVE COVER AND DRY LAND, SLOPES WITH AN INCLINATION OF
LESS THAN 10%, AND RICE FIELDS WITH A DEPTH OF SURFACE WATER TO THE HARD LAYER
NOT EXCEEDING 250 MM.
FOR DEEP, WEEDY SOILS, REMOVE WEEDS BEFORE USING THE MICRO-TILLER TO CULTIVATE
THE SOIL.
PLACEMENT OF THE BURRS
The cutter holder shaft is designed with a hexagonal
profile to facilitate quick installation of blades or other
accessories. To operate correctly, carefully clean the
milling cutter axles and accessories (2), applying a small
amount of grease to facilitate future assembly and
disassembly.
Please note the following:
The cutting part of the blade should face the
front of the machine.
When working on sandy or stone-free ground,
install the two cutters so that the blades oppose
each other, on both sides of the machine, placed
on the same axis (detail A).
When working on rocky terrain, install the
two cutters so that the blades are opposite
each other on both sides of the machine to
compensate for each other (detail B).
ADJUSTMENT OF THE DEPTH LIMITER
To achieve optimal work and correct advance of the tiller, adjust the
limiter:
For hard terrain: loosen the screw (1) and raise the spike so that
its weight counteracts that of the tiller.
For soft soils: loosen the screw (1) and lower the spur to shift
the weight of the tiller onto the blades.

HANDLEBAR HEIGHT ADJUSTMENT
Caution: Before adjusting the handlebar, be sure to place the tiller on firm, level ground to
prevent the handle from accidentally collapsing.
To adjust the height of the handlebars, loosen the adjuster, choose the appropriate holes,
and tighten the adjuster.
TILLAGE DEPTH ADJUSTMENT
Install the hitch accessory into the hitch box with a hitch pin.
Adjusting the tillage depth is done as follows:
Remove the pin and locking pin.
Loosen the bolt holding the drag bar and slide the bar axle up or down as necessary.
CLUTCH OPERATION
The clutch activates and deactivates power from the engine to the transmission.
When you squeeze the clutch lever, the clutch engages and transmits power.
Squeeze the lever to make the tool rotate.
When you release the lever, the clutch disengages and transmits no power.
Release the clutch lever to stop the tool.
Caution: Reduce engine RPM before engaging the main clutch.
GEAR SELECTION
The transmission can be shifted to two forward gears.
You must operate the shift lever according to the attached gear shift plate.
Gearshift:
Return the accelerator lever to the far right to lower the engine revolutions to idle. Release
the clutch lever to disengage the clutch.
Move the shift lever to the desired gear position.
NOTE: If the shift lever does not engage the desired gear, squeeze the clutch lever and move
the tiller slightly to reposition the gears.
Squeeze the clutch lever to engage the clutch.
Gear change order:
Reverse (-1), Forward (1), Neutral (0), Forward (2)
Choose the gear:
The rudder has three gears to choose from:
Pulling the throttle switch to the right
Loosen the clutch handle and allow the clutch to separate.
Move the gear shift arm to the required gear
Grasping the clutch handle will cause the engine to run in the converted gear.
