Baumer SA is not responsible for damage caused during the transportation of its product. It is the buyer's
responsibility to check it upon delivery, recording any occurrence in the product receipt document, immediately
calling the carrier and / or the insurer in case of damage, and informing Baumer SA of the occurrence.
Baumer SA, through its service channels, can monitor the receipt and removal of its products from the original

The national Health Legislation defines the need to carry out the Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operational
(QO) of this equipment. These qualifications must be carried out by the equipment supplier or its service
channels, after installation and repeated annually or after major interventions in the equipment.
These services are usually negotiated with the buyer at the time of purchase of the equipment. If not, please
consult us on how to hire these services.
Also a Performance Qualification (QD), to validate the processes performed by the equipment, with the
parameters defined by the user, is a requirement of the sanitary legislation. Baumer SA is available to perform
this service for its customers or to monitor the performance of this qualification when performed by third parties.

Baumer SA and its service channels have other services that can be hired by the users of our products, which
guarantee an extension of the useful life and a perfect functioning of this equipment, minimizing occurrences
