15.3 Pressure Calibration and Atmospheric Pressure Adjustment

To calibrate the sensors, access the "Maintenance
calibration" menu, select "Pressure calibrate", user and
password will be requested.
In pressure calibration menu select the icon for "PT1".
Calibration "PT1".
To calibrate the pressure transducers, it will be
necessary to use a pneumatic calibrator with a range of
0 to 5 bar absolute and an accuracy of 0.0001 bar.
Proceed as below to calibrate the pressure transducer:
Internal chamber calibration

Connect the pressure gauge to the transducer
of the internal chamber.

Depressurize the calibrator using the relief
valve of the pressure pump and adjust the
calibrator pressure to 0.400 bar and press the
"ZERO" key.

Insert the 2.500 bar pressure pump into the
pressure gauge and press the "SPAM" button.

Repeat the "ZERO" and "SPAM" settings three
times.
Calibration "PT2".
External chamber calibration

Disconnect the transducer pressure gauge
from the Internal Chamber and connect to the
External Chamber.

Press the "RETURN" button and then the
"PCE Calibration" button.

Depressurize the calibrator using the relief
valve of the pressure pump and adjust the
calibrator pressure to 0.400 bar and press the
"ZERO" key.

Insert the 2.500 bar pressure pump into the
pressure gauge and press the "SPAM" button.

Repeat the "ZERO" and "SPAM" settings three
times.

To exit press the "RETURN" buttons.
