The information contained in this manual is intended to allow users to learn about periodic preventive
maintenance in order to maintain the proper functioning of the equipment and, as well as its execution, ensure
the limited product warranty.
The maintenance of safety items, a list of spare parts, calibration and maintenance routines, attachments,
LogBook, among others, are also presented.
The intervention of non-accredited personnel implies the end of the warranty for products still within the validity
period of this warranty for the equipment or parts of it, and IN THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE MANUFACTURER'S
RESPONSIBILITY for equipment outside these periods.

Note - The text aims to provide important information for the correct understanding and good
functioning of the equipment.
Safety notes:
Maintenance and repairs must be carried out by accredited and qualified personnel.
For no reason should any safety components of the equipment be modified or altered.
During maintenance procedures, stress tests and / or functional examinations by accredited
technicians, the area around the equipment must be isolated, without the presence of users. Only
the responsible technician should be in the limited area. The demonstration of the works performed
and the release of the isolation will take place after the completion of the procedures.
The calibration procedure must be performed by accredited and qualified personnel. Inappropriate
use of this function can impair the sterilization process or cause injury to staff.
When the equipment is hot, care must be taken when handling all internal parts not protected from
it, as such parts can cause burns during maintenance.
The sterilizer must be disconnected from the electrical current before starting any repair or
maintenance.
According to ANVISA regulations (see specific regulations for the destination country) the biological
test must be carried out at the end of all preventive and corrective maintenance.
