The battery must be changed by trained personnel.
When changing the battery, the saved parameters will be lost. Contact an authorized agent to load
the Default again.
12.3 Fuse replacement
The fuses are made of glass with a current of 0.5 A and have the protection function of the controller.
To replace the fuses, proceed as follows:
With the sterilizer off, open the front panel using the key provided with the equipment;
Locate the defective fuse and remove it;
Insert a new fuse and return to the steps above to finish.
To identify which fuse to change, check the wiring diagram.
12.4 Emergency button replacement
The emergency button is located on the front of the loading side and on the two front loading and unloading
sides (when using two-door equipment). Once activated, the emergency button will interrupt the power supply to
the equipment.
To replace the emergency button, proceed as follows:
With the sterilizer off, open the front panel using the key provided with the equipment;
Access the rear of the equipment panel and remove the connection from the emergency button
wires;
Remove the contact block from the emergency button using a key, pressing its tab;
Remove the fixing ring positioned at the rear of the emergency button, turning it
counterclockwise;
Remove the emergency button from its support hole;
Reposition the new emergency button in its support hole, turn the fixing ring clockwise;
Reposition the new contact block on the button and reconnect the wire connections;
Turn on the equipment and test the emergency button to validate its operation.
