15.4 Fault indications (alarms)
HI SPEED II line sterilizers have an extremely functional control logic so that they do not allow actions or
parameters to be outside the required ranges or conditions, which makes this product extremely reliable during
the sterilization cycle.
The sterilizer alarms may occur under different circumstances or process steps.
The alarms are different from the other parameters because they are flashing intermittently on the screen.

Calibration "PT3".
Internal chamber calibration

Connect the pressure gauge to the transducer
of the internal chamber.

Depressurize the calibrator using the relief
valve of the pressure pump and adjust the
calibrator pressure to 0.400 bar and press the
"ZERO" key.

Insert the 2.500 bar pressure pump into the
pressure gauge and press the "SPAM" button.

Repeat the "ZERO" and "SPAM" settings three
times.
After performing the pressure calibration, select the
icon for "Atmospheric pressure".
Obs.: The loading door must be open to adjust the
atmospheric pressure.
