Problem
Sterilization Overtemperature
Alarm.
Sterilization Undertemperature
Alarm.
Parameter Range Failed.
Vacuum Pump Thermal Relay
Failure.
Equipment does not have a TTS
Sensor.

Close Loading Door and then
start the cycle.
Steam Pressure Switch (Program
B) failure.

Overpressure in the External

Steam Sterilizer
HI SPEED II
Cause
 Failure of the steam supply valve to
the inner chamber.
 Defective steam valve for the inner
chamber.
 Vacuum system failure.
 Steam chamber failure in the inner
chamber.
 Vacuum pump motor circuit breaker
turned off.
 Vacuum pump overload.
 Attempted to select the TTS sensor
without the sterilizer having this
option.
 Energized sterilizer with open
discharge door.
 Attempt to start the cycle with the
loading door open.
 Generator control circuit breakers
turned off.
 Failure to supply water to the
generator.
 Burned heating elements.
 Compressed air supply failure.
 Lack of water to feed the vacuum
pump.
 Failure to control the pressure of
the inner chamber.
 Air or steam entering the inner
chamber.

Corrective measure
 Check for steam leakage through
the valve of the inner chamber.
 Replacement of the steam valve for
the internal chamber.
 Check the operation of the vacuum
pump and the vacuum valve of the
inner chamber.
 Check the operation of the steam
valve of the inner chamber.
 Reset the vacuum pump motor
circuit breaker.
 Check the electric current of the
vacuum pump.
 Do not select the TTS sensor or
install the option.
 Press the button to close the
discharge door.
 Close the door and then start the
cycle.
 Turn on the generator control circuit
breakers.
 Check the water supply to the
generator.
 Replace resistors.
 Check compressed air supply.
 Check the water supply to the
vacuum pump.
 Turn off the sterilizer.
 Check connections and valves of
the inner chamber.
