13.1.2 Semiannually:

Change the aeration filter (or every 1,500 cycles, whichever is earlier);

Change the door fittings;

Perform inspection of the internal parts of the generator. In the presence of encrusted material,
clean the inside and the heaters using a non-metallic brush and descaling product (FACTS®
code Baumer HER-501) and then rinse at least three times with clean water, change the heater
linings electric and float flanges.
13.1.3 Annually:

Calibrate all temperature sensors, pressure switches and pressure sensors;

Inspect and check the safety valve annually from the date of installation;

Perform Installation, Operation and Performance Requalification.
13.1.4 Biannually

Change relays and contactors of the resistances of the electric steam generator;

Change the steam generator pressure switch.
13.1.5 Every 18,000 cycles

Perform preventive maintenance of exchange of wear components (bearings, seals, etc.).
This maintenance must be done via Medixx Technical Assistance.
