Programmed playback does not operate.
¢ Check if the program numbers are encoded
correctly.
Cannot search for the beginning of a
song.
¢ Check if the start IDs are encoded correctly.
e You may be pressing the ké4 REW button or
PPI FF button too long.
Cannot pause.
e You may be in the double-speed playback mode.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
When the surface is dirty
Wipe the cabinet and panels with a soft, dry cloth.
Avoid strong solvents such as thinner, benzine and
alcohol, as they may damage the finish.
For better sound
If the head drum becomes dirty, noise or sound
dropout may occur. in such a case, clean the head
with a DAT head cleaning cassette. For details on
the cleaning, refer to the instructions supplied with
the cleaning cassette.
