WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
If it is determined that the complaint is unfounded and not due to a defect in the device, the Guarantor
has the right to charge the Customer for the costs associated with the complaint. It is forbidden to
modify or make any changes to the design of the device
The manufacturer provides a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase of the device for its efficient
operation. The purchaser of the device is obliged to become familiar with the instruction manual and
these warranty terms and conditions, which should be confirmed by an entry in the warranty card at
the time of purchase. In the event of a complaint, the user is obliged to submit a complaint protocol,
completed warranty card and proof of purchase. Complaints can be submitted via the form on the
website in the „customer zone" tab or by email to reklamcje@kratki.com. Submission of the aforemen-
tioned documentation is necessary to process any claims. Consideration of the claim will be made
within 14 days from the date of its written submission. Any alterations, modifications and structural
changes to the cartridge will immediately void the manufacturer's warranty.
NOTE !
In case of failure, service of the device can be performed only by a qualified service technician with the
necessary authorizations conditioned by law.
The warranty covers:
- smooth functioning of the appliance;
- automatic gas control system;
The warranty does not cover:
- Glazing of the appliance. Applies to any damage including soot staining or burning caused by the use
of the wrong gas, discoloration, tarnishing and other changes caused by heat overload;
- decorative elements for lining the combustion chamber supplied with the appliance;
- all defects resulting from non-compliance with the provisions of the operating instructions, in parti-
cular, regarding the connection of the wrong type of gas to the appliance;
- any defects arising during transport from the distributor to the Buyer;
- any defects arising during installation and commissioning of the device;
- damages resulting from thermal overloading of the device;
- damages resulting from improper arrangement of decorative elements in the combustion chamber.
In the case of a major defect, the warranty shall be extended by the period from the date of complaint,
until the date of notification to the purchaser of the execution of the repair. This time will be confirmed
in the warranty card. Repair of the appliance can be carried out only by a person with the appropriate
authorization.
Any damage caused by improper operation, storage, incompetent maintenance, inconsistent with
the conditions specified in the instructions for use and operation, as well as due to other causes, not
attributable to the manufacturer, will void the warranty, if the damage contributed to changes in the
quality of the device. During warming up and cooling down, expansion occurs and the device may
emit crackling sounds - this is a natural phenomenon and does not constitute grounds for complaint.
ATTENTION !
This warranty card is the basis for the purchaser to perform warranty repairs free of charge. The war-
ranty card without date, stamp, signatures, as well as with corrections made by unauthorized persons
becomes invalid. Duplicate Guarantees are not issued!!!
In order to constantly improve the quality of its products, Kratki.pl Marek Bal company reserves the
right to modify the devices without prior notice.
