Safety instructions
General

Never ignore the safety instructions.
▸
When using the tool, bear in mind that the fas-
teners could be deflected and thus cause injuries.
▸
Keep your fingers away from the trigger if you
are not actually operating the tool and merely
swapping the tool from one working position to
another.
▸
Keep all body parts such as hands and legs, etc.
away from the direction of shooting and ensure
that the fastener cannot penetrate through the
workpiece into a body part.
▸
Ensure that you have read and understood the
safety instructions before connecting, discon-
necting, loading, operating or servicing the tool,
or changing accessories or working in the vicinity
of the tool. Failure to comply could result in
severe injuries.

During operation, place the nail outlet opening
of the tool correctly on the working surface. If
the outlet opening is not correctly positioned,
the fasteners could be ejected away from the
working surface.

Hold the tool firmly in the hand and be prepared
for the recoil.
▸
Only technically accomplished operators should
use the tool.
▸
Do not make any changes to the tool. Modifica-
tions can reduce the effectiveness of the safety
precautions and increase the risk for the operator
or bystanders.

When operating with a tool, which is intended
for use on hard surfaces such as steel or
concrete, additional contact pressure must be
applied to operate the tool and prevent slipping.
