Driving nails or staples
Hold the device firmly and stand in a stable
position.
Press the workpiece contact squarely against the
material surface.
The device safety mechanism is deactivated, the

fan motor starts.
Press the trigger to drive the staple or the nail into
the material surface.
Attention!
Never hold your hand directly in front of

the intake opening since this may cause
malfunctions!
Note
Ignition can only occur if the workpiece
contact is fully pressed in.
Release the trigger and remove the device.
The exhaust gas is discharged via the openings in

the housing. Simultaneously fresh air is blown in
the combustion chamber.
Risk of severe injuries due to burns.
The device is designed for continuous

operation. In this process, the work-
piece contact can become very hot.
Avoid contact with the workpiece

If you detect visible defects,

immediately stop working with the

Store the device and the battery in the genuine

tool box on a safe, dry, heat- and frost-proof
place.
Store the battery outside the device in a cool
place.
If the device will not be used for long periods,
charge the battery every 3–4 months.
The battery may be destroyed in the event of a

deep discharge. The optimum charge level for
storage is between 50–80%.

If in spite of careful manufacturing and testing
processes, the device becomes faulty, a repair by
Würth masterService should be arranged.
