4. Right basket selection icon
Press the right basket selection icon. You will see it turn on and, by default, the Meat menu
icon indicator light and the right basket part of the display will flash. In addition, the time and
the preset temperature of this menu will be displayed alternately. When the temperature is
displayed, the corresponding indicator light at the top left of the display remains lit. When the
time is displayed, the corresponding indicator light at the bottom left of the display remains
lit. If you press the right basket selection icon for 2 seconds, the right basket selection will be
cancelled, and the fryer will enter standby mode.
5, 6, 7 and 8. Temperature and time increase/decrease icons
Icons 5, 6, 7 and 8 allow you to increase or decrease the cooking temperature of the baskets.
Each time you press them, the temperature will increase/decrease by 5 ℃. Pressing and
holding either of these two icons will increase/decrease the temperature faster. Temperature
range selector: 80 ℃—200 ℃. You can also add or decrease the cooking time of the basket,
one minute at a time. Pressing and holding either of these two icons will increase/decrease
the time faster.
9. Preheating icon
Press this icon to select the preheating function. Next, press the left or right basket selection
icon. To start the function, press the power icon. It will activate a 160 °C mode for 3 minutes.
10. Synchronisation icon
If you press this icon, both baskets will finish cooking at the same time.
