4. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
NOTE: clean the fryer after every use.
NOTE: do not use metal utensils or abrasive products to clean the basket drawer or basket as
this may damage the non-stick surface.
1. Unplug the fryer from the power supply and allow it to cool down before cleaning.
NOTE: remove the basket to allow the appliance to cool down more quickly.
2. Clean the inside and outside of the air fryer with a damp cloth.
3. Clean the basket drawer and basket with hot water, detergent, and a non-abrasive
sponge.
NOTE: the use of a degreasing liquid is recommended to remove any remains.
NOTE: if there is dirt stuck to the basket drawer or the bottom of the basket, fill them with
hot water and a little liquid detergent. Leave the water in the basket for approximately 10
minutes.
4. Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and a non-abrasive sponge.
5. Clean the heating element with a soft brush to remove any food residue.
Storage
1. Unplug the fryer and let it cool down.
2. Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
3. Store the fryer in its original packaging or in a clean and dry place protected from the sun.
