ANGULAR MONITORING
Activate or deactivate subsequent angle of rotation
measurement.
1. For subsequent angle of rotation measurement, configure the following addi-
tional settings and confirm with OK or Lower function button:
SNUG TORQUE
Define value of the snug torque.
MIN ANGLE
Define the lower tolerance limit for target angle.
MAX ANGLE
Define the upper tolerance limit for target angle.
1. Then save the screw case.

3. Select "Angle" and confirm with OK or the down function button.
4. Make the following settings and confirm with OK or the down function button:
UNITS
Define desired unit for torque.
SNUG TORQUE
Define value of the snug torque.
TARGET ANGLE
Define value of the target angle.
MIN TOLERANCE
Define the lower tolerance limit for angle of rotation.
MAX TOLERANCE
Define the upper tolerance limit for angle of rotation.
DIRECTION OF ROTATION
Define direction of tightening.
TORQUE MONITORING
Activate or deactivate subsequent torque measure-
ment.
1. For subsequent torque measurement, configure the following additional settings
and confirm with OK or Lower function button:
MIN TARGET VALUE
Define the lower tolerance limit for torque.
MAX TARGET VALUE
Define the upper tolerance limit for torque.
1. Then save the screw case.

3. Select "New screw case" and confirm with OK.
4. Assign a name with a maximum of four characters using the up, down, left and
right buttons.
5. Confirm with OK or the down function button.
6. Select with the left and right buttons whether the screw case is to be password-
protected and confirm with OK or the down function button.

In the case of active Screw case PWD: Password must be entered in the case of
an incorrectly executed tightening procedure.

8. Select "Torque" or "Angle" to filter saved screw cases and confirm with OK or the

9. Select "Screw cases" and add to workflow by pressing OK. Details about the screw
case can be displayed with the down function button.
10. Add further Screw cases.
11. After completion, press the up function button to save the Workflow.
