10.3.
CORRECTING SCREW CASES THAT WERE NOT PERFORMED
CORRECTLY
1. If a screw case was not performed correctly:
»
Torque wrench indicates that operation was not performed correctly and
asks whether you wish to repeat the procedure.
2. Enter password if necessary. To repeat the process, confirm by pressing the
Lower function button.
3. Loosen screw and check workpiece for damage.
4. If necessary, repeat tightening procedure with a new screw.
»
The incorrectly performed screw case is saved and marked as red in the His-
tory .
10.4.
TRANSFERRING DATA TO A SMARTPHONE OR COMPUTER
10.4.1.
Transferring data to the Mobile App via Bluetooth
ü Torque wrench connected to the Hoffmann Connected Tools app via Bluetooth.
1. All settings and data are transferred automatically to the app.
2. History can be exported as a CSV file via the app.
10.4.2.
Transfer data to computer via Bluetooth HID
ü In "Connection", "HID" is activated.
ü In "Data transfer", "Send button" is activated.
ü Corresponding program (for example spreadsheet program) opened and cursor
placed in correct position.
1. Connect torque wrench with computer via Bluetooth.
2. After tightening procedure, press send button.

Values are transferred to program.
10.4.3.
Transferring data to the HCT Windows App via Bluetooth
ü Torque wrench connected to HCT Windows App via Bluetooth (HCT Windows
App dongle).
1. All settings and data are transferred automatically to the app.
2. History can be exported as a CSV file via the app.

Transfer data to computer via USB cable
1. Connect torque wrench to computer via USB cable and switch on.

Torque wrench is identified as a data carrier.
2. Transfer CSV file from torque wrench to computer.

Screw case PWD
Activate and select/deactivate password for screw
cases. When creating the screw case, the password
must also be activated.
Workflow PWD
Activate and select/deactivate password for work-
flows. When creating the workflow, the password
must also be activated.
Overload info
Display whenever the maximum torque of the
torque wrench is exceeded.

screw case is created.
