Slide the power switch to the ON position. Monitor your device's screen;
some icons should light up on it, signaling that the machine is ready to
operate.
2) Testing the cleaning function:
Press the WASH button. The cleaning icon should light up and the motion icon
should start rotating to indicate that the cleaning function has been activated.
3) Testing the whipping and cooling system:
Press the AUTO button. The whipping system will start immediately, while the
cooling system will start working after a three-second delay.
Cleaning and sterilization
Step 1: Preparation of the sterilizing solution
Mix 5 to 6 liters of warm water with food-grade detergent, according to the
detergent manufacturer's recommendations. This solution will be used for
sterilization.
Step 2: Application of the solution
Pour the prepared sterilizing solution into the machine tanks. When filling the
freezing cylinders, gently brush and clean the walls of the tanks to remove any
debris.
Step 3: Activate the cleaning function
Press the WASH button to start the machine's cleaning function. Allow the device to
run for approximately 5 minutes, which will allow the sterilizing solution to
thoroughly clean the internal components.
Step 4: Draining the fluid
Once the cleaning cycle is complete, pull the dispensing door handles down to drain
the cleaning solution.
Step 5: Rinsing
Repeat the cleaning process 2-3 times, this time using only clean water to remove
any remaining detergent. This will ensure that no cleaning product residues remain in
the machine.
Cleaning tips
Make sure the temperature of the cleaning solution does not exceed 60 ℃ . Using
a) Temperature control of the cleaning solution:
hotter water may damage the internal parts of the machine .
