5.9 Connecting the pneumatic system
For the supply, a compressed air hose with a min. inner width of 8mm is required; it is fastened to the
connection plate of the assembly stand by means of a screw connection (not included in the delivery). A
shut-off valve in the supply line is recommended. This allows the BRS-LC to be quickly and simply
depressurized in order to carry out any installation and maintenance work.
The maintenance station BRS-LC must remain without pressure until installation has been completed.

6 Operation

• As the BRS-LC maintenance station is integrated into a welding system, the operating instructions of

1 Switch on the robot control.
2 Start the welding process.
3 Stop the welding process.
