Maintenance chart

Please note that the following maintenance intervals apply for normal operating
conditions only. If your daily working time is longer than normal or cutting
conditions are difficult (hard ground, etc.), shorten the specified intervals
accordingly.
Complete machine
Control handle
Air filter
Pick up body in fuel tank
Fuel tank
Carburetor
Spark plug
Intake opening for cooling air
Valve clearance
Combustion Chamber
Spark arresting screen* in muffler
All accessible screws and nuts
(not adjusting screws)

Visual inspection (condition, leaks)
Clean
Check operation

Check idle adjustment, blade must not
rotate
Readjust idle
Readjust electrode gap
Replace after 100 hours of operation
Visual inspection
Clean
Check and adjust, for the first time
after approx. 139 hours of operation
Decarbonizing after 139 hours of
operation, then every 150 hours of
operation.
