1 Safety instructions
In particular, the following is prohibited:
Cleaning:
- People, animals or plants, including clothing which is still
being worn.
- Surfaces which are soiled with substances which are a
potential health hazard. The hot steam may dissolve and
release these substances.
- Leather, furniture, walls, window panes, non-sealed, lac-
quered, oiled or waxed wood or parquet flooring, surfac-
es made of soft or shiny plastic material and textiles
made of acrylic, Dralon, velvet or linen. They may be-
come damaged.
Use:
- in the proximity of explosive and flammable materials, at
pressure containers or containers where you are unsure
of the content.
- as a humidifier or as a room heater.
- if not fully assembled or with accessories other than
those cited in these instructions.
- on surfaces which come into contact with food.
- without the tanks inserted or with an empty water tank.
- upside down.
- without a clean cleaning cloth.
- outdoors.
Filling the water tank with liquids other than cold water. Ad-
ditives in the water tank, such as the detergent, make using
the appliance unsafe.
Filling the detergent tank with liquids other than mild deter-
gent. Other products make using the appliance unsafe.
