on plaster negatives or plaster positives.

3 Function and Description
To mount the foot plate, insert the foot plate's stud into the square bar, and make sure that the
bore holes are positioned correctly. Secure with the thumb screw (fig. 2).
The pivot point adjustment aid can be placed in the vise vertically (fig. 3).
The foot plate allows the plaster negative or plaster positive to be placed on it vertically (fig. 4).
The red thumb screws allows to rotate the ankle (fig. 4).
Align the plaster model in the holding forks using the fixation arbors and mark the pivot points with
the centering arbors (fig. 5). For fixing the centering arbors, the thumb screws can be used.
The joint plates provided can be used to create parallel joint surfaces on the medial and lateral
side of the plaster positive. Roughen the plaster in the joint areas. Slightly lubricate the joint plates
with 640Z5 Plaster Parting Agent Cream. Apply either 636K17 Light Putty or plaster to the joint
plates. Next, put the joint plates on the centering arbors and press against the plaster model.
4 Cleaning
If necessary, all components can be cleaned with soap solution and water and then wiped dry.
From time to time, lubricate the fixation arbors and centering arbors with 633G6 Ottobock Spe-
cial Lubricant.
